Odeon Cinema

The pictures show the Odeon Cinema, Marble Arch. High levels of noise and vibration are present from traffic at surface level and underground trains from below. The 4500 tonne auditorium block was resiliently mounted over concrete pile foundations and an anti-noise screen was installed behind the cinema screen over the Oxford Street facade.
